She is an accredited multi-sector Food Safety Progam Lead Auditor and Trainer. Jennfer has over 25 years expeience in packaging laboratory management, quality assurance management, food safety management system development consulting, training and auditing. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the college of Mount St. Joseph.
