Mary A. Williams
Mary A. Williams is the Sr. Manager of QA and Regulatory Affairs – Joint Ventures & Licensees with Land O’Lakes, Inc. providing product safety and quality leadership to enhance QMS & HACCP systems for food and feed. She has a history of success working with external supply chain partners using risk assessment/analysis and practical business knowledge to help develop a Quality Management System (QMS) from design, implementation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. She has served on AFIA committees and working groups and also participates in industry lead regulatory networking meetings to improve collaboration with the state, FDA and USDA. She is a certified HACCP trainer with the Royal Society of Public Health and has worked with Global Food Safety Initiative schemes including FSSC 22000 (PAS 220/222), SQF and BRC. Mary has more than 25 years of extensive experience in the food and feed supply chain from farm to fork. Mary has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University with a double major in Food Science and Public Service and Administration in Agriculture.

Victor Muliyil
Is the Food Technical Project Manager, SGS SSC North America and serves as a primary SGS technical contact for food safety programs, including GFSI approved schemes, ISO 22000, feed HACCP & second party audits. He is an accredited multi-sector food safety program lead auditor and trainer, responsible for development of SGS food safety training and audit projects and client technical support. He has over 28 years of experience in food laboratory management, quality assurance management, food safety management system development, training and auditing. Victor holds degrees in Biochemistry, Microbiology and Food Chemistry from the University of Toronto.
